Parish Pastoral Council
“What a great gift it is to be the Church, to be part of the People of God!” – Pope Francis
The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a core group in the Parish where the Parish Priest works with parish representatives to build the parish into a living vibrant Christian community, ensuring that our Parish Mission Statement is central in all their work.
The PPC meets monthly and consult and reflect on all pastoral activities of the parish. The current members of the PPC from the St Pius X Parish are:
Fr Pat McKinley
PJ Brophy Chairperson
Lorayne Ellison Vice Chairperson
Barbara McNaughton Secretary
Deacon Gerry Larkin
Fiona McNamee
Since Fr Pat’s appointment as parish priest to St Jude the Apostle, the PPCs of both parishes are now meeting together to service the pastoral needs of both parishes.
